I'm Kelly, a Tennessee native who has grown to love the Midwest and the people here. For more than 20 years, I have had the privilege of working in the mental health field, walking with individuals and families through life's challenges. Offering hope, healing, and encouragement is at the heart of what I feel called to do,
and it has truly been one of my greatest joys.
My approach to counseling is eclectic and tailored to you, with your story, needs, and goals in mind. I draw from person-centered and solution-focused therapy models, along with cognitive-behavioral techniques and dialectical behavior therapy interventions. When desired, I’m honored to integrate faith and spirituality in the counseling process.
You may be here because something feels heavy, uncertain, or difficult to carry on your own. Unresolved issues from the past or current struggles may be affecting your ability to move forward or fully engage in your life. Whatever brings you here, counseling offers a space to slow down, be heard, and begin to make sense of your experiences, often leading to a renewed sense of resilience and hope.
Above all, I believe that meaningful change happens within a safe, supportive therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a compassionate space where you feel seen and valued and are always met with genuineness and acceptance. My desire is that, together, we can build on your strengths, deepen your sense of purpose, and help you
move toward lasting healing and wholeness.
